Upper crossed posture

This 1st picture shows what an upper crossed posture can look like, it is demonstrated by myself Caroline Mulliner, Doctor of Chiropractic (Masters in Chiropractic). In this position your pectoralis, upper trapezius and levator scapular muscles become tight. Whilst your deep neck flexors, rhomboids and serratus anterior muscles weaken.
